Due to Jeff's informative sales presentation and friendly demeanor, my husband and I chose to purchase our 2012 Kia Sedona from Van Devere Kia. They gave us a great deal and the whole process of car-buying, which can be so stressful at best, was pleasant and even fun and exciting. Jeff also gave many sodas and popcorn to my children! As soon as I walked into Vandevere Kia, they greeted me with open arms. Told them exactly what I was looking for including the car color. We drove an hour from the Alliance area to buy a 2011 Optima because our local Kia dealership has a bad reputation. Ron and DeWayne were extremely nice and willing to do whatever we needed. The finance dept. could use some help because we completed our deal with our salesman but had to wait another three or four hours to sign the papers because they were so backed up. My wife had to leave for work and they were going to drive an hour to us so she could sign the papers. The whole time we were waiting those guys kept checking on us and getting drinks for my son and appologizing for the wait even though it was no fault of theirs and they had other customers. The finance lady I dealt with was also very nice they could just use a few more people at least on Satudays. I will definately be going back there first for my next vehicle purchase and will recommend everyone I know to go there. Incredible customer service. More
We came to VanDevere for the very first time. We had delt with Kia before in Medina. Our VanDevere experience was over the top. I posted interest on line with 4 dealers. We made an appointment for the next day and Trisha was waiting with a big smile and very friendly. Again no pressure. She even told us of a couple used Souls that we might want to consider. We took a drive in a new one and she explained all the pros and cons of a used one. Again very honest and no pressure. When the one we looked at and were buying had a snafu, she went all over the lot and came back saying, "I've found your car!" And she had! She is a good listener and sincerely interested in what you want, your apprehensions, and your concern. And I think she really loves her job! Neat. We are the proud owners of a new bright red Kia Soul and could not be happier! We will be back! More

My husband and I came to look for a brand new car. We both were apprehensive, expecting to be hounded as soon as we stepped out of our car; instead we leisurely looked at models and then were greeted by both were apprehensive, expecting to be hounded as soon as we stepped out of our car; instead we leisurely looked at models and then were greeted by a very considerate salesman, Rob Porter. We asked questions and had multiple visits before making our decision. Not one time did Rob push us or try to goad us into something we really did not want. He was very respectful in not calling our phones or emailing us multiple times to see if we were ready to buy. We had visited another member of the Van Devere auto family, before we purchased from Rob Porter, and he was everything you do not want in a car salesman. We also visited other brand dealers and we realized we could get more car for less with Kia. We are 100% satisfied and will purchase again, soon, from Van Devere and definitely from Rob. Rocky was extremely helpful in getting me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted. He is very professional in his approach to sales and I never felt pressured to buy throughout the process. we had a rough start with a new sales man, but when we didn't get the results we wanted we were immediately contacted by both Jeff and John. We decided to continue to work with them. John and Jamar (a dif didn't get the results we wanted we were immediately contacted by both Jeff and John. We decided to continue to work with them. John and Jamar (a different sales rep) went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. we really appreciated the help and that they took care of the problems we had. I feel pretty confident continuing working with them knowing that issues don't just get left unhandled. More
After visiting several area dealerships I decided to come back to Vandeveere. I had leased a vehicle from the "BUNCH" back in 2006 and had a pleasant experience with their sales and service departments. So, back to Vandeveere. I can say that this is worth the time, effort and more importantly, peace of mind to visit Vandeveere. My salesperson, Steve Sabitsch is an example of how salespeople should conduct themselves. He was interested in what I needed, listened to me, worked with me every step of the way, no pressure to make a sale and conducted himself professionally. Most of all he's a genuinely nice person. I know by my recent experience with other dealerships that I got a good look at each end of the auto sales spectrum. Where do you think I'm going for my next vehicle purchase?
