I enjoyed the whole experience when buying my new car. I showed up at the dealership after hours,,but there was a sales person in the lot delivering another car, he gave me a card and told me to call him if showed up at the dealership after hours,,but there was a sales person in the lot delivering another car, he gave me a card and told me to call him if I had any questions. I them called him two days later and he worked hard to answwer questions and find me a vehicle. I then came back to the dealership to talk about what he found. After looking at vehicles and getting answer, I switched gears on him. I choose a Kia Soul (the same vehicle I was looking at), but a different model. I wanted to add a few items to the Soul and he had me look at a better model, I got a lot more equipment including what I wanted to added, at a better deal. He could have let me buy a lessor model and add equipment and pay a high price. He was a good sales person, not pushy, and the over all experience was great! More
