Great customer service and attention to detail. I had made an appointment at another dealer by mistake. Dropped off my truck the night before. Told John Port my error and he set me up, right at that moment, with a n appointment that hour. Awesome!!! The other dealer had mentioned my truck has 56K miles and that my plugs and transmission fluid needed changing at 60K. Total was about $1100. John, from Kendell Ford said, “Not required until 100K.” Kendall Ford doesn’t rip the customer off - super awesome. More
