I took my GT350R in to change tires. They scraped all around the outside of one. I talked to the service manager who refused to ever admit that they did the damage. It then took them 7 m They scraped all around the outside of one. I talked to the service manager who refused to ever admit that they did the damage. It then took them 7 months to minimally fix the issue. Firstly they sent the wheel off to get repaired. Whomever they sent it to destroyed the wheel. They finally ordered one from California. A used one, which I was ok with. But then they refused to mount the tire back on the wheel. I had to take it to 503 Motoring, who I would strongly recommend. Excellent service and top notch work. I won't ever take my car to Vancouver Ford again. Worst customer service ever. More
