After owning various makes of cars (Honda, Jaguar, Toyota) over 30 years I have never had a worse experience. I was told my Mach-E would be ready in one day. Then he informed me that the team only worked Monday - Thursday and a software update would take 2-3 days and could only begin the following week. I had to follow up myself and was informed that my windshield was broken and I would have to pay! It took conference calls including with the owner to get a new windshield ordered and installed. I was without a car for over 3 weeks. The experience was so poor that I am thinking of selling the car and purchasing a new make of electric vehicle. Buyer beware! Frankly I am surprised they invited my to provide a rating and review. More
