We had an exceptional experience with Vancouver Hyundai. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. We were initially referred to Jim Joy, as my brother had previously purchased a Genesis GV80 from him. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. Jim was very kind but also apologetic because he now works at the Ford portion of the dealership. He referred us to Todd Underhill, who is one of the sales managers at Hyundai. Todd was very understanding and was willing to work with us over the phone because we were coming from Salem. Once we had decided that we would purchase the Hyundai Palisade, we discovered that Todd wouldn't be there on Sunday, and so he referred us to Kahlil. Kahlil was an incredible person to work with. He was dead straight with the numbers and made us feel completely at ease. We felt incredibly lucky to have him help us through our purchase. Once the paperwork was completed, Kahlil introduced us to Brandon in sales to make sure we knew everything we needed to know about the Palisade. Brandon was very personable and professional, and the cherry on top of our Sunday. Additionally, we spoke with Red a few times over the phone while sorting out various details, and he exhibited the same professionalism as the rest of the dealership. I wanted to outline our purchase experience because we ended up interacting with several people while purchasing a car from Vancouver Hyundai, and every single one of them impressed us with their competence, professionalism, and sincere efforts at making the experience smooth and special.
