Great buying and service experience I purchased my car here in 2014 and had a great experience. I have been bringing my car here for service since, and had good experiences. Recently I h I purchased my car here in 2014 and had a great experience. I have been bringing my car here for service since, and had good experiences. Recently I had to have my car towed to the dealership for service, as I had two flat tires. Unfortunately for us, the flats happened on Christmas eve. Jason, the service manager, offered to stay open later past when they were closing early to receive our car - wow! That didn't work out due to the tow, but it was so great that he offered. We brought the car there on the 26th, and after some initial confusion with a service writer that wasn't 100% up to speed on tires, Jason took charge of the car and made sure the tires were repaired that day, and at no charge. He also helped us with a spare tire kit (not provided with the car when we bought it, it only came with the repair kit) to make sure we were being proactive to not have this issue again. Jason went above and beyond helping us, and provided great customer service. We will be bringing our car there again for service. More
