Horrible service and dishonest Lazy sales people lazy manager. They are dishonest about even cleaning a car before it's sold. There was a popcorn chocolate stains in the carpet Dusty windows after they said they had detailed it. My husband had to ride in the car with them a second time to actually go clean it and wash it. They dishonest about their lending paperwork and their sales agent was actually cleaning the car in between having a sign paperwork. I had called that morning to let them know we'd be coming in to pick up the car and to please have it ready at 11 a.m. it wasn't ready until after 5 p.m. and that's because we had to keep reminding them while we were there to please clean the car. On top of that for the first few days they were offering 3500 Less on a trade in then the value of the car so instead we sold it private and got four thousand more than what they were offering. I went back to the dealership to let them know that they didn't do the paperwork on the lending how I needed it and clearly explained I needed it and the rep told me that's exactly how they did it with my credit union. The sales manager was upset that I told him that they lied to us and left me standing in the sales floor and said he wasn't going to talk to me and left. If they didn't have the car I wanted I would have never bought anything here, they made the experience very negative one. Also when we were discussing financing their lenders quoted me $500 payments supposably through my credit union. I didn't believe them so I went and got pre-approved through my credit union and turns out the payments were 225. It was just a shady experience overall. More

Trisha was especially useless and unwilling to help us in any way and could not answer basic questions about service when we visited trying to get a replacement for a brand new tire that blew out less than a month after we bought a brand new 2018 Elantra from them. So disappointed and will absolutely not be sending any business their way. We will stick with Dick Hanna moving forward, even if we have to go to Portland. We value service and believe in nice! More

I primarily looked online and came across vancouver Hyundai’s website, they had a couple of trucks that fit the bill so I called ahead and confirmed they were there ahead of time and set up a time to come in. When I got there they had one of the trucks already pulled up and ready to check out, I was greeted by a young guy named John that was fairly new and you could tell he was genuine with how he acted and wasn’t just a part of the typical BS sales tactics you can often find while out looking for a used rig. It was a great experience here, and I was in and out within a couple hours with the perfect truck I’ve been saving years for. Give them a try. More

Originally Had an Excellent Experience at Vancouver Hyundai earlier this week! Our Salesman, Joe Ramirez, was great in finding a great fit for us. Originally looking to lease, but after looking at many dealerships with no luck finding what we wanted we were considering to purchase. Early the next morning, Joe call us to check on what our status was. When we told him our plans, he asked if we would stop by to see what he could do for us. We were pleasantly surprised with what he had to show us. Not only did he have a car (2017 Hyundai Elantra) that met all of out needs, it had quite a few extras that we were not expecting! The best part was that the price was right as was the interest rate and monthly payments! Great job Joe and Thank you very much!! More
