Once again, as we came back for the 3ed car we were pleased. We worked with a sale representative named Joe Ramirez and boy did he take care of us. He listened to our situation, and then introduced us to Jim, his boss and Jim got all the info very quickly and the got to work to arrange financing, in the meantime, Joe visited with us to better understand what we were looking for and quickly found us a car we were pleased with. Joe took care of everything as we waited in the waiting room drinking hot coco that was provided to us. Once we had taken care of the paperwork, Joe had our car ready and waiting out front. The whole experience was great for the 3ed time. We highly recommend these folks when buying a car.
