Great help from Lenny, see lengthy comment below. Lenny Gomez was the only person I dealt with with respect to my trading in my 3 year old MDX for a new one. We had a large glitch when my new car behaved erratically after I drove it to my house in West Fort Worth and malfunctioned. Smoke commenced billowing out from under the hood among another problem. I called Lenny who responded with alacrity. He came out, and under took to drive the car back to the dealership, miles away, and fortunately made it all the way back. After the mechanical glitch was identified, Lenny advised me of the problem and the steps to be taken to fix the problem. He then delivered my car to me in proper shape and had forwarded the schedule of repairs and replacement of a compressor clutch which had caused the problem. He is an excellent employee for your dealership. More
