Even as we walked in 40 minutes before closin Johnathan, Tommy, Patrick, and Michael went above and beyond for us!!!! We are Acura customers for life! Even as we walked in 40 minutes before closing they were patient, helpful, and had a good attitude. I can’t say enough good things about them. Even when we found a scratch right before leaving they took it to the back to buff the scratch. Patrick (manager) buffed the car to make sure it was done right. More
2019 Acura RDX - Turned out to be a piece of crap- Service 2 My wife bought this car a couple of months ago, ~$50K, and she started having a noise coming from the a/c system, so she reported the issue- this was My wife bought this car a couple of months ago, ~$50K, and she started having a noise coming from the a/c system, so she reported the issue- this was a problem because the dealer was reluctant to address the problem that couldn’t be “replicated:”. Got the issue replicated; then they claim they have to order the parts, but have no ETA! She’s supposed to drive around with customers in this noisy, piece of crap car, we paid them ~$50K for! Poor service, piece of crap car and piece of crap dealership! Now I’m supposed to drive this Vandergriff piece of crap because she’s using my car rather than her new one because of this issue they have failed to address! We asked them for a loaner while they waited on the part, but have received no response from Vandergriff or Acura Corporate! I’m going to post these reviews everywhere until the car is repaired! You all should be ashamed of yourselves for taking money on a car you KNOW to be defective! More
