No follow through I am providing an update to my review. While my initial sales experience was positive but my follow up experience has left a lot to be desired. At m I am providing an update to my review. While my initial sales experience was positive but my follow up experience has left a lot to be desired. At my initial purchase I did not receive the second key or an owner's manual. We also had a small rattle in the roof that needed to be looked at by service. I contacted Jonathan three times over three weeks by text, email and voicemail. I never heard anything back from him. I then followed up with Mucio Cortez the manager we dealt with. He responded that he would "get involved and see what's going on and reach out to you in a bit" and then I never heard anything else. I finally called and spoke with a different manager who got an appointment set up for me to come out and get those initial purchase items resolved. This took almost a month to resolve. I feel like everyone was on top of things and great communicators until I purchased the car and then everyone disappeared. My experience with Steven (Nevets) in the service department was incredibly positive and he did everything he could to make up for the failures on the rest of the staff's part. At this point I will not buy another car from Vanergriff Acura. I LOVE my MDX but have been totally frustrated with the sales staff. Johnathan is great. He and Mucio Cortez worked hard to work out a deal I was happy with. It was an overall very positive experience. More

My salesman was Dayshawn Green and this was by far the best experience I have had ever in purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. Mr. Green was no pressure, he listened to our needs and worked hard at getting us the best price for our trade in and new lease. The finance person, Trung Nguyen, made the paperwork experience a lot less painful with his knowledge and speediness. We really appreciated that! We ended up walking to Vandergriff Acura to see if we will get better service. Benny was the first to come to greet us. He understood my frustration to the point we almost didn't but a car. Matthew joined in to help Benny with the car of choice. They ended up not having one and then went on to find a vehicle of my choice the next day. These two tagged and I ended up with a great vehicle. More
