I wanted to take just a moment of time to send a huge thank you and appreciation to Kenny Le, as well as the entire staff for making my purchase one with ease and confidence. Kenny was an extreme professional, hit all the bullet points, and was dressed to a T. To be honest, I think the best part about the whole experience was hearing his story, seeing his humility, and understanding just what kind of work environment everyone creates by being such a unique member of the team. There was a hospitable culture created before I walked through the doors that allowed me to put two feet on the gas (maybe not in sports mode 😉) when signing the final documents. The 2019 RDX has already proven to ensure safety and luxury all rolled into one. Kenny was amazing and I couldn’t have gotten into this vehicle without the patience and help of everyone on staff. Totally liar, dishonesty and disrespectfully I have sent them (Actually Dayshawn Green is the salesman) 3 different offer and hope they will accept 1 of them. Stock # : KA010222 VIN : 19UDE2F88KA010222 Drive out at $27,500 VIN:19UDE2F34KA002932 Stock: KA002932 Drive out at $24,500 Stock # : GA022020 VIN :19UDE2F82GA022020 (Certified Pre-Owned) Drive Out At $18,500 And he replied back and honored the below offer Stock # : KA010222 VIN : 19UDE2F88KA010222 Drive out at $27,500. I was so happy and asked him to confirm the offer and make sure the stock# and vin are correct (Acura ILX 2019 Premium with A spec, white exterior/black interior)before driving 1 hour to Arlington to close the deal, and he replied "Yes". By the time I got there he told me the car has been sold the day before he even accepted my offer, and offered me with lower trim model with espresso interior, and even asked with very impolite question " Why it has to be black interior instead of espresso" and acting like nothing wrong, did not even offer an apology to me. At the end of the month at my workplace and I have to take off couple hours to get this kind of service at this dealership. Therefore, I sent the GM an email informing him the issue but got no reply, and this is 2nd time I got issue with Vandergriff Acura. More

A month later when I came back again Johnathan greeted me and remembered me from before. He was very polite, listened, knowledgeable and answered questions in a simple, but yet keep it real manner. I had a lot of questions and took a long time to consider things and he was so patient and not overly pushy. He didn't try to show or sell me anything I didn't want. He brought me exactly what I asked about. He explained everything about the car and its features. He worked with me on the price and financing options to something I could live with paying every month. It's been 3 weeks since I bought my car and I have no regrets. Exceptional!! I brought a very close friend to Vandergriif Acura and per usual they did not disappoint. The entire staff was truly exceptional.
