They both listened patiently to my needs and offered me an excellent lease opportunity and a fair trade-in value for my previously financed RDX. Wes and Tom were always welcoming, patient, and not pushy giving me several days to make up my mind about several financial scenarios I could afford given my other financial obligations. Wes and Tom were very truthful and worked with me to get a fair and aggressive offer, and didn't hide anything from me, as I independently corroborated with my personal web research. I visited Goodson and David McDavid Acura, just because they worked with Costco, but Vandergriff Acura was better in every respect. Wes and Tom, are consummate sales professionals who follow up without being pushy and had my best interest in mind as they explained to me the pros and cons of buying vs leasing thoroughly, and answered every question I had. They both are truly good advisors, rather than salesmen, and are perfectly OK not getting my business if they know it wouldn't benefit me personally. That is true honesty and I appreciated it. As advisors they have consistently provided me with the best car sales experience because they are friendly (smile) even when others would get impatient with my questions; they follow up; and they are always truthful, hiding nothing from me. Tom accompanied me to a test drive, and explained every feature of the new RDX 2019 thoroughly, as well as helped me set up my data after the deal. In the past I always had taken my Acura cars to be serviced at Vandergriff, because they have knowledgeable professionals, aggressive prices and excellent customer service.
