BE CAREFUL...!! STAY AWAY...!! I recently got MDX from this dealer. After negotiations we agreed on price which is inclusive of all taxes & fees. But they quietly added some fees on final document. Even finance manager did not mention anything about EXTRA fees. I asked specifically three times about what are these numbers, he said it’s all included in your final price. But when I came home and reviewed documents there is extra fee. I contacted sales person "Patrick Burns" via phone & email and also sent email to general manager "Chris Snyder". No one is contacted me back till date. No one reads complete in 10min of signing documents, people trust those people but they cheat customers. SO BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALER. More
