We still had to wait for our very friendly and nice salesman to "talk with my superior" or "talk with the financial person". After 9 hours drive to get there it still took hours to get our new car. We spent quite a bit of time convincing them we didn't want absolutely all the bells and whistles and to remove some of them. We found the people very nice, the car is great and we'll likely buy our next Acura from them, but wish the old-fashioned "let me talk with my superior" wait time could be reduced. More

But I am so glad that I went to Vandergrift Acura at West I20 and that Travis Nguyen was able to help me get a great car. He was able to get me more than what I was expecting for my trade in and got me into a great reliable safe car that fit within my budget! He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, which was very helpful. He was so accommodating and patient with many questions. I could not have asked for a better experience, I am beyond grateful for his assistance and so impressed with the level of service I received.
