My sales person Gary Vogel has continued to stay in contact with me to ensure I purchased a used CPO RDX in July and it needed some follow up service. My sales person Gary Vogel has continued to stay in contact with me to ensure that everything was resolved and always took the time to call instead of just send an email. He even worked directly with service to get a loaner and help get appointments set up for me. In addition, Veron Shorter, my service rep, stayed in contact as well and made sure that I had the best experience and fastest service possible.
