Awesome I found a car i wanted to check out from the internet, so i went to the dealership to see it. As soon as i walked in i was treated with respect. Mr. G I found a car i wanted to check out from the internet, so i went to the dealership to see it. As soon as i walked in i was treated with respect. Mr. Gary Vogel came out and i told him exactly what i was looking for. We headed to the back lot right away to find the car and found it. I looked it over while Mr. Gary found the keys and we took for a test drive which was awesome! We came back and started the paperwork not believing i would actually be able to get the car. By the end of the night I was driving home a dream car! A Mercedes Benz C63 AMG. Thanks to the hard work of Mr. Gary Vogel and Mr. Brandon Guzman, this amazing car is mine! Terrible service" I drove two hours to trade in my car. The facility is very nice and some of the people were inviting. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my sales pe I drove two hours to trade in my car. The facility is very nice and some of the people were inviting. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my sales person, whom I had an appointment with, to come assist us. It took them forever to appraise our car. While doing so, he had us waiting in the lobby instead of looking at cars. We had to ask about cars just to get him to show us one and when he did, we did not choose, he selected the car that he thought we should look at. After appraising my car by driving it around the parking lot, they did not give us half of what other dealerships offered us. This was one of the worst experiences ever!! Maybe it was because my salesperson was new. More

He did a great job explaining the features, making sure the car was ready when I went to pick it up and getting me the trade-in value I was looking for. He was able to work with the dealership to offer me the price for the vehicle that I wanted to pay.
