Easy, true and painless Visiting dealerships for the last three months, I have seen and experienced a lot! My experience with Vandergriff Acura personnel by far exceeded all Visiting dealerships for the last three months, I have seen and experienced a lot! My experience with Vandergriff Acura personnel by far exceeded all others! I was truly surprised by the initial communication from the dealership! I was called by both sales personnel and general managers confirming my interest in the vehicle. Speaking with one of the general managers, I expressed my concerns and issues which I experienced during the last 3 months. He was very straight forward with Vandergriff's history and sales history. Based on our conversation, I decided to make the trip to the dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted by the salesman which I spoke on the phone. He was very professional, courteous. He handed me the history report of the car and allowed me time to enjoy the process! (wasn't rushed) When checking over the vehicle, he described the features and how they would be beneficial. This was awesome, as sometimes you look at a vehicle and the salesman doesn't know anything about the car! Anyone experienced that? This was also the case when test driving, he explained everything in detail. Was an awesome experience! We came in and started to discuss the details and pricing. I think the negotiation process took 20 minutes, no pressure or tension! The pricing was straight forward and didn't include all the additional fees! I got exactly what I expected from our conversations during the week! By far, this has been the best car buying experience in my lifetime! It is all because of the way the dealership conducts their business. I didn't feel like a "number", it felt professional and personal to some extent. Based on this experience, in the future, I'll come here first as I know what to expect. I highly recommend buying from Vandergriff Acura! PS. I love my Acura TLX, Advance, it's an awesome machine! Drove from Houston to Dallas to make a deal, worth the drive My wife's car was flooded in Hurricane Harvey as was our house. We found ourselves in need of a new car fast. We were not originally in the market for My wife's car was flooded in Hurricane Harvey as was our house. We found ourselves in need of a new car fast. We were not originally in the market for a new car and due to the flood we had so many other things going that it was somewhat overwhelming. A new car had to be purchased. We narrowed it down to the 2017 Acura MDX. We contacted Mr. John Ellis of Vandergriff Acura in DFW. We live in Houston and questioned if it was really worth the trip so far away. I sent an inquiry to John which he responded to within just a few hours. John was sympathetic to our situation and presented us with an excellent offer on a 2017 MDX lease that was just fantastic. The next day my wife and I borrowed our son's car and headed north. Upon arrival we met with John and he assigned asked Mr. Stan Bennett to work with us to find the exact vehicle that would make my wife happy. Stan was great and very patient. John then proceeded to not only honor his original offer but to make it an even better experience than I had hoped for. The finance and paperwork process was painless. This was our first lease so Burl took much effort to inform us of every detail. Stan spent a lot of time showing my wife how to operate the new vehicle. Afterwards, we headed south. Let me say it was worth every mile of the round trip from Houston to Dallas. We could not be more pleased. This has taken some of the sting out of our Hurricane Harvey recovery. More
