Far Exceeded My Expectations From my initial contact with Alex over the phone to the moment I walked out the door with the keys to my 2015 Accord Coupe my experience at Vandergrif From my initial contact with Alex over the phone to the moment I walked out the door with the keys to my 2015 Accord Coupe my experience at Vandergriff Acura was not like any experience I'd previously had purchasing a car. Alex's knowledge and understanding of the vehicle was unbelievable. He pointed out special features of the vehicle and provided thorough but concise answers to all of my questions and could not have been more curteous, respectful and professional from beginning to end. Brand stepped in and resolved a minor discrepancy in the vehicle's history and supported Alex with prompt responses on the few items that required management approval. I traveled 240 miles to complete this purchase and I would absolutely do it again. The vehicle is everything it was represented to be and more, and I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and all the people I dealt with. More

Airport Deal Done Well I am from Ark and was traveling through DFW for business. They beat my dealer price easily and only obstacle was getting the deal done quickly. Sinc I am from Ark and was traveling through DFW for business. They beat my dealer price easily and only obstacle was getting the deal done quickly. Since i was flying through DFW they arranged to meet me with car and completed paperwork in parking garage. Wes and Reagan were there. Everything was as they said it would be and I was driving my wife's new Acura out of airport and home within 20 minutes. They even accepted my debit card for a down payment until i could get back to Ark to arrange final financing. Great people. Easy to work with. Would do again in a heartbeat. More
