Awesome, Excellent, Terry Allen and Patrick Burns were awesome..They made the car buying exeperience so easy, so comfortable and so fast...The credit union that was going Terry Allen and Patrick Burns were awesome..They made the car buying exeperience so easy, so comfortable and so fast...The credit union that was going to give us the loan, did not want to finance the amount of the car because they said it was not worth it. Patrick was determined to get us in a car and found another credit union who financed the loan at a cheaper rate.. They went above and beyond to get us into an affordable car.. They were very professional and understanding to our needs...It took only 4 hours from start to finish, best time ever and I have bought 2 cars in the cars in the past...Overall, we had the best car buying experience ever...Thank You guys and keep up the AWESOME work.. He made me feel like i was a family member. He treated me kind and I left feeling like i had made the right decision trading in my Acura 13 for a 2017 model. Great on Sales and Service I am on my 4th leased MDX in the past 8 years. I return my 3 year leases in 18 month - 24 month cycles. I personally keep them very clean and dealer I am on my 4th leased MDX in the past 8 years. I return my 3 year leases in 18 month - 24 month cycles. I personally keep them very clean and dealer serviced, so when I go in to trade I get a very good deal. For service, I turn that over to the dealership according to the mileage, service and oil change schedules. That way, I always have a great car, ready to go anywhere (inc a cross country road trip, all at the drop of a hat. In short, I take care of my cars and Vandergriff Acura takes care of me. More

Your sales professional (Kenny Le) was very professional to answer all my questions. I flew to your dealership next days to sign all paperwork. I am impressed the way Kenny handled my transaction with courtesy and efficient manner. Because of that I decided to buy another vehicle Acura MDX on the same day. I cannot drive two cars back to Houston. Kenny offered to pick me up at the DFW airport two days later to pick up the second car. Even my home and all my cars was destroyed by Harvey Flooding, it is a pleasure buying experience from your dealership.
