The entire staff made it such an inviting atmosphere from the minute we walked in the door. Our sales person was Travis Nguyen and he really took time to explain all the options on our MDX and it was obvious he knew his product extremely well. We will definitely be buying all our vehicles from Travis and Vandergriff Acura. Not to mention, we had to bring the MDX back to have a spare tire installed and they were equally as thorough. They even brought our car back to us when the work was completed. Thanks Vandergriff Acura! More

Worst Experience I had while buying a Car Worst Customer Service, they treat the customer as Garbage. The manager (Robert Fugate) don't treat customer as people and even told me that he is the Worst Customer Service, they treat the customer as Garbage. I have asked my friends and family to keep away from Vandergriff Acura. They sell damaged car and blame you for the damage. I had a horrible experience with them. punishing your customer for disagreeing? I bought a certified 2016 Acura MDX with tech package. Before I went there to pick up the car, I did some research about the transmission. There is a I bought a certified 2016 Acura MDX with tech package. Before I went there to pick up the car, I did some research about the transmission. There is a TSB 15-054 to solve hesitation issue. I asked the dealer to have the TSB performed. It was not done. After I got the car, I called next week and scheduled to have this done at 12:00 noon. I went there and told diagnosis is needed. I told Vini (service manager) that I just needed to have the TSB performed. He gave me a look (you are to be punished for arguing with me). I waited until 1:15 and asked Vini about the status of my car. He told me that they just started testing it. I asked to see his manager. I met John Ellis. He agreed to have the TSB done. At 2:30, Vini and another employee showed me some phone pictures that TSB cannot be performed due to service mismatch. I contacted Acura next week. Acura told me that Vini told Acura that my Acura's software is up to date. I insisted to have another dealer perform this TSB. I was asked to go to David McDavid. David McDavid checked my car and performed the update. What kind of customer service is your dealership? More
