I was in the market for a new car so I went to Vandergriff Acura to test drive the ILX a day after thanksgiving. On my first visit there, I worked with Jeff Carter, the internet manager, who was Vandergriff Acura to test drive the ILX a day after thanksgiving. On my first visit there, I worked with Jeff Carter, the internet manager, who was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the ILX. The dealership is way out of my way so I was reluctant to buy from them. However, he assured me that if I purchase from them, their concierge service will pick up my car, loan me another ILX, and bring my car back serviced. In addition, Jeff stayed in touch with me while I was shopping around and worked with me to get the payment down to where I was happy with. I was very relieved he did not make me feel pressured and most importantly did not try to sale me things I did not need. Although another salesman from the dealership finalized my sale, (unfortunately for Jeff), Jeff stayed around and made sure I was taken care of and the deal we agreed on was carried out perfectly. I have to say, this is the easiest car buying experience by far for me. I would definitely go back to Vandergriff Acura and Jeff, and definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car. More

Car salesman(David) was great but his manager was aweful. I felt like i was being taking advantage of and come to find out I was. I was able to go to Goodson Acura and get a very good deal for a better car t I felt like i was being taking advantage of and come to find out I was. I was able to go to Goodson Acura and get a very good deal for a better car than Vandergriff was trying to finance me for. They were trying to finance me at a very high interest rate where as Goodson acura lowered my interest rate by 6%. Experience for me was awful, they just gave me the run around and was not very honest. They are just trying to make money, they dont really care about the customer. More

My Salesman, Jeff Carter, was awesome! I was his first sale and he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Buying a new car anywhere can just wear you out, but Jeff made it as easy as possible. I financed with my Bank and I think that part on Acura's end could have been made easier, but it is the same steps at any car dealership. My advise is to really look over your sales agreement with a fine tooth comb. Vandergriff's Service Department as always been first class for me. When I came to VANDERGRIFF ACURA Jeff was excellent. I came from another dealership where they only approved me for a very low amount and they were trying to give me a disposable car. When I arrived to Vandergriff Acura , they approved me for triple the amount and I was able to get a much nicer, good and reliable car. Jeff was very helpful and made the whole experience a nice, smooth car buying experience. I will recomend this dealership to all my friends and family. Specially ask for Jeff he is excellent. More
