I recently called to setup an appointment to bring my car to receive a diagnostic, as something was wrong with my AC. When I called I was told not to make an appointment, just bring it. My husband dropped my car off on Friday and was told that no one will be able to look at it until the following Friday. I asked my husband if there was anything that they could do, because we would be out of a car for a week before they would even begin to fix it. We called our warranty company and were told that they couldn’t do anything for us because they had to have the diagnostic run first. I called back on Saturday to see if there was anything that could be done or if a loaner could be provided, because I have kids and work and I just can’t be without my car for that long. I was told that the only way I could get a loaner car is if my car doesn’t work and that is the store policy. I was also told that I could just take it somewhere else, which I did. I had to pick up my car and take it to another dealership. The other dealership was able to get my diagnostic run on Monday and my car is ready for pick up today, Tuesday. When I picked up my car from Vandegriff, Paul Jennings had the unmitigated gall to ask my husband and I to leave a 5 star review, although no work was done on our car and we had to take it to another dealership. I wish I would have purchased my vehicle from another dealership and I am sorely disappointed in the treatment, or lack thereof, that I received.
