I will not be returning to this location again. They have horrible customer service. My service advisor was very short and when I asked him questions - he was not very helpful. They do not have a shuttle- even tho when scheduling thru the app, they ask you if you need a shuttle. They give you a $25 uber voucher - which was enough to get me to work (5miles away) but did not cover the ride back to pick up my vehicle. I would have made other arrangements had I known I couldn’t shuttle to work. When I arrived to pay - I met Maria at the cash register. She never smiled - she seemed annoyed that I was picking up my vehicle. When she pushed the paperwork over to me to sign - I asked her what I was signing… silence… I looked up and she was just looking at the other woman employee that was standing in the cash register area - the other woman smiled and told me what I was signing. They do not make you feel welcome here. I sometimes go to the Burleson Toyota - they are wonderful - always helpful and kind. I will start going there for all my vehicle needs. Make sure you know what's required for maintenance for servicing before you schedule and what is included in your Toyota Care plan (2-year/25,000 miles for purchased vehicles [every 6-months or 5,000 mile servicing before you schedule and what is included in your Toyota Care plan (2-year/25,000 miles for purchased vehicles [every 6-months or 5,000 miles). Took my vehicle in for a 6-month since it keeps low miles. Service rep stated: 1) according to the system they didn't change my oil and they would be doing an oil change for free today (duh, it's included in my Toyota Care plan), and 2) they're going to do a $29 fuels system clean since he's helping me out with a free oil change today (I declined). Anyway, it sounds to me like this may be a common practice at this Service Center so make sure you know what's included for free already and what's required because it looks like they try to upcharge or upsell to customers they think don't know what's included/required. And you guys owe me a free oil change outside of my warranty since you didn't do it last time. More

I contacted them on Friday and never got back to me until Monday after 5. When I told Michael Carrasco Internet Manager that I was already driving it at $35 OTD his smart xxx response was "Wwe sold all of ours too" I have purchased over 20 vehicles for friends and family in 4 different states, 5 in TX and Mr. Carrasco was the most difficult to deal with. Do yourself a favor and drive to Killeen! More

I want to start by saying our sells representative was amazing however management and regional was severely disappointing. About 2 weeks ago my husband and I came in to trade and purchase two vehicles amazing however management and regional was severely disappointing. About 2 weeks ago my husband and I came in to trade and purchase two vehicles. We were unable to get to the numbers we wanted while in store that day. The next day I received a call that they were able to get us to the numbers we were looking for. Originally my husband and I said we were not interested but after thinking about it we decided we were and told our sales representative. We told him we would come in 3 days later. The day before we were told the cars sold. Completely understandable, we understand it is first come first serve. Our sales representative told us he would keep an eye out for two vehicles that would fit our needs and budget. The next day he told me he spoke with his regional and was told me he found two vehicles that fit our requirements and the regional authorized the price we wanted to be at. We told him we would there that night to purchase the vehicles. We arrived and test drove a couple vehicles and two and a half hours later we were told they were not going to honor the deal we were told they would. We are incredibly frustrated by how we were treated. We would not have come back in to the store if we were not told that they could make the deal work. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. More

I walked out of this dealership and won't go back. I am an older women and the sales manager decided I couldn't afford the vehicle that I came in to look at. The salesman actually said the sales manager wanted him to show me 'cars in my price range'. This guy didn't know me. How dare he make decisions like that! After I sat there waiting for 45 minutes, he finally came out and sat down with a smug little smile and offered me the choice of reupholstering one of the cars I didn't want. I got a followup text from the salesman and asked him to look for something for me. Never heard from him again. I ended up buying the model I wanted from another Toyota dealership with way better customer service. More
