I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Thats all I buy is Toyota vehicles. I just spent 5 hours driving, wheeling and dealing a vehicle that I wanted. I finally took an offer that THEY(TOY Thats all I buy is Toyota vehicles. I just spent 5 hours driving, wheeling and dealing a vehicle that I wanted. I finally took an offer that THEY(TOYOTA) gave me. I was super excited that I was getting this new vehicle. The guy left and then came back and said "so someone else is looking at the car and my GM who is Marvin Hall, said to tell you the deal is not going to happen and they are letting these other people have the car." Mind you there was not a deal yet with the other people yet. I literally started crying I was so upset. I have NEVER in my life been treated this way by Toyota! I was suppose to be sleeping because I have to work tonight but chose to go to the dealership instead. Yes that's on me. But taking an offer that the dealership gave and then having the rug pulled out from under me was so disrespectful, hurtful and a complete waste of my time! I don't even have words to express how I feel. This was just a slap in the face. My loyalty means absolutely nothing and Toyota of Vandergriff showed it loud and clear. I was there first, and because I didn't take the high ridiculous offer they first gave. They took it away for a "potential" offer that hadn't even happened yet. The guy drove my truck around, gave me my key and said "it's at the front" and walked away. I would rate this a zero if I could. I will NEVER do business here again and I am telling everyone I know not to do business here. When it comes to making a couple bucks more, it doesn't matter what the customer has gone through or that they were there first, Vandergriff is all about the money and they will drop you like a hot potato if it benefits them. They are NOT loyal to their customers!!!!! So disappointing! More

Worst Experience Ever! - I went to Vandergriff Toyota to look at a specific Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. From the moment I arrived, I made it clear that I wasn't interested - I went to Vandergriff Toyota to look at a specific Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. From the moment I arrived, I made it clear that I wasn't interested in a new car, yet I kept getting pushed toward one instead. It took almost 2 hours just to see the vehicle I had come for. I then spent another 2.5 hours working through the numbers, and after we finally agreed on a deal, they ran my credit. A few minutes later, I was told the vehicle had already been booked for someone else. I couldn't believe it. How do you spend over 4.5 hours with a customer, negotiate a deal, run their credit, and only then realize the car isn't available? It was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I spoke with management before leaving and filed a complaint. They apologized and said they would investigate, but that doesn't undo the experience. I've bought several cars over the years, and this was easily the worst dealership experience I've had. I walked away feeling like my time didn't matter. I genuinely can't recommend Vadergriff Toyota based on how I was treated. More

Not a good overall experience what so ever. 2026 Tundra that was used. Several issues with this dealership which I would tell people to not buy form this store. First, they agreed to fill up my gas tank which had 10 miles left on the tank. When they handed me the keys, they had not put a drop of gas and the salesperson said he had to go pay for the gas out of his own pocket for me (true or not that is what he said). Secondly, the following week I noticed the drop down middle cup holder in the rear had stains and something was spilled left. The truck only had 12k miles on it so it looked like they felt like they didn't even have to clean it. Lastly, I had asked the salesperson to secure the items I had left behind for me since I was in a hurry when I left the dealership. I left behind important papers, Meta sunglasses, garage opener and several other things. At least 3 different times I spoke with the salesperson and he said there was nothing in the vehicle. This is the most untrustworthy and unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. I wouldn't buy a bicycle there if I knew what I know now. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere, no matter the price. More

Do not recommend purchasing or getting your vehicle serviced here. I bought a certified pre owned vehicle that came with damage. They barely offered assistance and tried to blame me. Had an issue with the radio and after a week they said they could not duplicate the problem yet it happened 5 minutes down the road after I picked up my vehicle and plenty of times after. They told me to record the next time it happened to show them. Well I did and when I tried to text my advisor, I found he had blocked me. Poor customer service. Their priority is making money NOT helping the customer. Fyi I purchased extended warranty which they told me was highly recommended for any issues down the road but that’s the so called “help” they provided. More
