Great service again!! Nancy Goodwin had me a quote on Monday afternoon after we dropped my car off at the overnight drop on Sunday night. My car was making a strange sound and she sent me the quote and it was all itemized to see what we wanted to do. She was very helpful to tell me what she thought. Then my car was ready on Tuesday afternoon. Nancy is a hard worker and works VERY long hours to accommodate her customers. I highly recommend her! More

I was there the day before just to take care of an issue I was having with my Sienna, with another associate. But, as I was waiting, I got to talking with Bob Brett and he was amazing. I had my car for two years and didn't take advantage of the Zak Treatment. So I saw a flyer in the waiting room and asked Bob about this. He was amazing. He checked the records and was able to get me in the next day. And for the first time in two years, I was able to take care of a $600 value that I had paid and not used and will expire next year. Thanks to Bob. Unfortunately, I had not received any notification of this which was suppose to come every six months. Bob, was great with the information and I was able to get the car taken care-off. It stills needs some attention which they hadn't done well, upon contacting Bob, he asked me to bring it in again and he will make sure that it is taken care off. Thank you, Bob for your help and assistance. You are great! and I am have always been happy with the service at Toyota Vandergriff. More

Nancy Goodwin's pleasant personality and willingness to assist is what drives me back each time to Vandergriff Toyota. Upon arrival, I went to her and she checked my vehicle and within the hour, it was all taken care off! You are amazing Nancy and Thank you for always taking the time to find out, how I am doing! Ryan always gives me good customer service - I received a coupon in the mail after I had put the car in for service - when I picked the car up Ryan honored the coupon. Thanks for saving me money!! Also the young men who washed the car and delivered it to me at the service department entrance were very friendly and courteous. Eleanor Abner More

He said he would order part and call when it came in. About a Week later talked to Ryan and scheduled repair at a time convenient for me. When I went for the appointment Ryan met me in the driveway and invited me into the waiting area for some coffee and said he would get it taken care of. After about 30 minutes car was ready and had been washed also. I had just received a new Iphone and Ryan set up the bluetooth connection on the car for me. Service was excellent and timely. I would recommend service here. More

My first Service for my new Tacoma I arrived at the appointed time & was promptly greeted at my car. Everything was arranged & my car went to the shop quickly. All work was completed I arrived at the appointed time & was promptly greeted at my car. Everything was arranged & my car went to the shop quickly. All work was completed in a good timely manner. All staff members were very friendly & helpful. By the time I finished a couple of free cups of coffee the work was done & my car was Washed! They even removed a nail & patched my tire at no charge. Poor Service-Bottom Line I went in simply to get a new set of keys, we'd lost one. I requested the service department to recode my car and give me 2 sets of keys, cost about $ I went in simply to get a new set of keys, we'd lost one. I requested the service department to recode my car and give me 2 sets of keys, cost about $300. They did not perform the promised service and my car was stolen within 2-3 hours of my getting home, thinking everything was safe. The service dept. said sorry we had a new guy and offered me the original service paid for and a free oil change. Well, my car was stolen and I can't return it for proper service and a free oil change, the "new guy" dropped the ball causing me alot of problems. Watch out for the promised (and paid for) jobs from this dealership's service dept. If they hire new people who don't know what they're doing and then are not willing to fully compensate incurred losses it certainly seems like a scam operation. More
