Brad Herrington, My name is Steve DeWitt and I am one of the new car managers at Vandergriff Toyota. I can assure you that Customer Service is our main concern. The etch mishap would prevent this vehicle from meeting our Quality Control standards let alone Toyota's. You are more then welcome to stop by and see the the windows. We do not quote prices and then raise them at the last second. My understanding was there was an issue with window tint but when Shawn found out he made the price lower as agreed. Shawn has already asked our inventory manager to look for a replacement vehicle. We stand behind our agreements however we do not want to have customers that are not / will not be completely satisfied with their purchase. Steve Dewitt

Steve Dewitt, Thank you for your prompt reassurance. My conversations with KC left me with the impression that "they" had the main goal of backing out of the agreement. I am in error, and I sincerely apologize to Vandergriff and its staff. I am grateful that Shawn is looking for a new RAV 4 for my wife. I trust that he will exert his best effort and that if he is not successful the vehicle we desire is no longer available in any market. Thank you for such a speedy response to my unwarranted fears. My only excuse is the long hours and multiple negotiations with multiple dealerships have left me fatigued. I hope I have your forgiveness, and I look forward to completing our transaction.
