Wonderful STAFF!!!!! I had a marvelous experience at Vandergriff Toyota! I had a really bad experience the week before at Clay Cooley and I called and spoke to Dung who as I had a marvelous experience at Vandergriff Toyota! I had a really bad experience the week before at Clay Cooley and I called and spoke to Dung who assured me that he would do everything in his power to make up for what had happened to me at Clay Cooley. An hour later, I received a phone cal from Hung Hoang, Sales Manager at Vandergriff. He heard the story and he too assured me that they will do their best for me. I went to Vandergriff on Saturday, February 24 and waiting for my sister and I was Dung. He walked us in, was very friendly and allowed my sister and I to joke with him. When going between financial services to us, my sister and I were not left alone for more than 15 minutes. We came up with a deal that was I was comfortable with. He brought us back to Financial Services, where we met Tai, who was amazing! He talked to us like we were human, again, allowed my sister and I to joke with him. He was very knowledgable and didn't try to sell more than what I can afford. I recommend, Vandergriff Toyota to ANYONE who is looking to purchase/Lease a car! Service Advisor I was in on Monday morning to have my Camry serviced at 25,000 miles. Debra Ryno was my service advisor. She was very friendly, and extremely helpful. She informed be of extra service that needed to be performed before it happened and I gave my approval. I will come back to Debra the next time I need service.
