He was very informative on the phone with me about the vehicle that I was looking at and always returned my calls within a reasonable amount of time. When I arrived at Vandergriff, I was greeted like family, even though the time of closing was approaching. The vehicle that I was planning to purchase did not work out but John went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I had a reliable automobile, something that would meet all of the qualities that I wanted in a vehicle.
