Took car in due to sound it was making. My car was making a noise. After they inspected it they said it was carbon and it needed to be cleaned along with some other things that needed to be My car was making a noise. After they inspected it they said it was carbon and it needed to be cleaned along with some other things that needed to be taken care of. They gave me an idea of what the cost was going to be. Nancy set me up with a rental car and they called when my car was finished. There weren't any surprises when I went to pay the bill. Nancy is always great to work with!! More
