My car wasn't starting so I took it here. Normally the dealer is the best place to take it and when I lived in Michigan they were great at the dealership. I also traveled in valdosta ga and they too took dealer is the best place to take it and when I lived in Michigan they were great at the dealership. I also traveled in valdosta ga and they too took great care so when i went to get my car done at this place i was shocked at how they handled me and my car. They ran a diagnostic and told me the three things they found. And told me cost. I agreed even though i knew I could do better elsewhere. Like a battery is almost 400.00?! Really?! They "fixed" the car and tested it but found other problems that wasn't there before. Instead of completing the fix they called and told me i needed ro pay for another diagnostic which was another 120.00. Meanwhile it's obvious that whatever was broken again was because if them! Even when i went to pick it up they completely ignored me. They were standing Around laughing and talking. Never going back. If I could give 0 stars, I would! More
Absolutely a waste of time!! Talked to them about the truck, set the deal and they sent buyers order to my bank. Bank sent them the drafting instructions. So you would think the deals done “WRONG “!! I explained to them I work and I am all over and I would come get the truck at my earliest convenience. Sales guy blows me up and wants to deliver me the truck. I explain I am out of town he gives me grief about it because it is the end of the month. Now sent me a text saying if I don’t come get the truck they are going to offer it back for sale. So I tell them just cancel the deal and send over the deal cancellation to my bank. My bank has called and emailed, with NO response back. Well now I can’t get them on the phone, send me to voicemail, and just a complete run around. Until my bank gets the cancellation from them I’m on the hook. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!! More

I went to test drive a Lexus yesterday and while test driving the vehicle it started to over heat so I told the sales guy and he proceeded to tell me that because the car has been sitting in the heat and driving the vehicle it started to over heat so I told the sales guy and he proceeded to tell me that because the car has been sitting in the heat and is so hot outside that it over heated and it was nothing to worry about! Bought a car on a Friday at around 10pm by Monday evening (within 48 hours) I went back and talked to the sales man about wanting to exchange it, the sales man, Prosper checked with the business manager, Dev (within 48 hours) I went back and talked to the sales man about wanting to exchange it, the sales man, Prosper checked with the business manager, Devon Redmond and he refused. I know they could of exchange it if they wanted to make a customer happy and satisfied, but they careless. I felt discriminated as a Hispanic/female. Worst dealer and worst experience in buying a car. I will not be recommending this dealership nor be shopping there ever again. A disgrace!! More
Brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and to put on new catalytic converter heat shield. Truck goes back into the shop and they tell me that all of the parts are not in (missing some nuts for to put on new catalytic converter heat shield. Truck goes back into the shop and they tell me that all of the parts are not in (missing some nuts for heat shield). Say they can find some to make it work, that’s fine I’m good with that. 2 hours later, truck comes back out and I double check the work. Heat shield has been place on the wrong side. Looking at the Toyota specs from the factory the heat shield is only on drivers side but was placed on passenger side. Sent it back to be done correctly, keep in mind I have already paid 322.00 amount for the service. No I’m sitting back in waiting room, already paid for bad service and I’m wondering if the oil change was done, we’re the tires rotated, was the alignment and brakes done correctly or at all in the past. I’m confused how I know this but certified technicians don’t. To top it off, no manager came to me to apologize on behalf of his staff (good leadership). The rep just came and said it is now fixed. No reimbursement outside of the 37 dollar discount for not having all the parts. Not impressed. The rep was very nice, that was the only good thing. More
