He pointed me inside to the service waiting room where they had a big screen tv and complimentary drinks and snacks. After it was over Brandon came to get me and showed me to my car. Takes FOREVER I go there for my routine oil changes and I am usually there for over an hour. This last time they told me (after an hour) that my front brakes needed I go there for my routine oil changes and I am usually there for over an hour. This last time they told me (after an hour) that my front brakes needed changed and that it would take another 40 min. I said ok go ahead and change them. Well an hour later (not 40 min) they come and tell me that they do not have the parts. This is a long time for me and my son who is one. I am going to have to find a new place to get my oil changed! Our service rep, Brandon Fearka, listened to my description of the problem and asked questions until he had enough information to give to the mechanic.
