Horrible experience ever or pretty close Had to take my new used car already for service. I waited for almost 4 hours and Bobby Brit came back to me and asked if I unplugged my battery and I Had to take my new used car already for service. I waited for almost 4 hours and Bobby Brit came back to me and asked if I unplugged my battery and I said no well come to find out they did and my car never was fixed because the engine was turned off by the tech so now I have to go back and miss another day of work. I still had to pay for a service that was never started on. I have had 2 Toyota's in the past 13 and had given Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington as well as Irving enough of my money to buy another car. This experience by far is pretty bad not the worse but pretty close. I asked Bobby to relay a message to the sales associates to better explain the extended warranties to customers and with a attitude in his voice no you need to relay that message to them yourself that he doesn't work for Toyota and that he works for the service department. All I said was well your shirt does say Toyota. I do admit I was really upset of the whole situation and you can tell it my voice but there is no need for that much disrespect. I have given Vandergriff so much of my hard earned money it's not even funny. By the way Yousef Abdel sold me this car in June and he also had the worse attitude ever with no knowledge on the extended warranty. If I didn't need the car so bad I would of shopped elsewhere. Thinking back I made the wrong decision on buying this lemon. If for any reason you still need to get your car service and Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington ask for will he sits behind Bobby. He is more professional and does not leave you sitting around for hours. More
