Had made an appointment for 7:30 AM said I needed 4 to 5 hours went back at 1 PM and they haven’t even started on it yet. Didn’t receive vehicle till 4 o’clock in the afternoon. They must not have lug net tool. I don't know who Richard Ayala is cause I did not work with him. My sales person was great and everyone was great but the finance company I was put with has been a hassle which was why I did not give 5 st with him.
