I made an appointment with a time and date to bring my car in to see what was wrong with the super cruise. They had me leave my car so they could work on it which was no surprise. They told me no one had even looked at it yet but they needed me to leave it over the weekend because they couldn’t get to it until monday or after. They had no loaners and wanted me to be without a car so it could sit there with no one working on it for 3+days. They thought they could MAYBE get to it by Monday. This is the service with a scheduled appointment. Completely senseless. More
