The whole process was smooth and straightforward. Kevin was very helpful with questions and getting the information I needed for the deal. I didn’t feel like I was being hassled for more money. Jesse was great, especially for a younger guy, Richard was professional and very easy to talk to, and we are happy with the result. I had a land deal that was falling apart and was a bit edgy, but neither was professional and very easy to talk to, and we are happy with the result.
