Even when we would run into obstacles such as delays in delivery, he was there to update and let us know what was going on. He worked extremely hard to get to where we asked to in terms of price and it led us to leave with two cars, instead of one. Ricky is someone I would 10/10 send my friends to and visit again for future car needs. Ken was great to talk finance with. He got us in and out fast and never pressured us to spend more on anything we did not feel relevant. The dealership was extremely safe during the pandemic. Everyone was wearing masks and there was hand sanitizer everywhere and they took every precaution. More

I purchased both my vehicles from Jethrow. Each time we spoke on the phone prior to my visit to the dealership. He listened to my needs and wants each time so that by the time I got to dealership, there was a car waiting for me that was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been super happy with my experience both times and will utilize his services as well as encourage others for as long as he remains at Charles Maund VW. Brent- is the person ive worked with when my 2018 Jetta needed servicing. I brought my Jetta in for the one year maintenance where it was determined that I needed a new radiator. (Horrible news when your car is still basically brand new). The radiator wasn’t covered by warranty as it appeared that a rock or object somehow punctured a hole in it. Brent worked with my budget to the best of his ability and we were able to get the situation resolved. His kindness and concern truly stood out to me. Ken- I worked with Ken for financing my 2019 Jetta. He listened to my concerns and was able to devise a financing agreement that fit my budget. Overall I have been pleased with the continued service at Charles Maund and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. More
