Exactly what I needed it to be I’ve been looking around for a new car since I have a baby on the way and had no space. I went to several dealerships that promised me exactly what I I’ve been looking around for a new car since I have a baby on the way and had no space. I went to several dealerships that promised me exactly what I wanted at the payment I needed to be at but only to be disappointed and lured in with empty promises to try to wheel and deal me. I came into Charles maund Volkswagen today completely exhausted with this process and FINALLY my prayers were answered. Kasey Taylor helped me find a beautiful used car with low mileage and all the features I wanted and then some. Him and Ken the finance manager helped me get a great value on my trade in and payments exactly where I need to be even with my extended warranty. I couldn’t be happier!!! More

Great customer service We live in San Antonio and were looking for a specific color exterior and interior Altas. We were having no luck here so I looked online and found one We live in San Antonio and were looking for a specific color exterior and interior Altas. We were having no luck here so I looked online and found one. I called about it and it was still available. Jonathan Sosa was the sales person I spoke to and was very friendly. Weather prohibited us from going but went up on Monday. It had the seating I wanted and everything else. We met Jonathan and went through the process and drove home in a new Atlas. I love it. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Volkswagen. More
