Just one example of this is assisting me with the test drive and sale of the vehicle with a one year old... He came to our house, allowed me to do the test drive with patience and grace. When I told him I needed to return a defective vehicle I purchased from another dealership and would be left without transportation, he offered to pick me up and take me where I needed to go. His follow up was phenomenal. Even though the vehicle was not meant to be, I will be referring him to my dearest friends and colleagues as I have 110% trust that they will be in the best of hands.
