I had a fabulous experience purchasing my new ACS. I had been working with a few other dealerships across the Austin and Dallas area to try to find my new car. Once I contacted Charles Maund I was immediate been working with a few other dealerships across the Austin and Dallas area to try to find my new car. Once I contacted Charles Maund I was immediately promised that if I went to look at my car with them they would beat whatever price I was previously offered on the same vehicle through other dealers. I decided to give it a try with some hesitation due to prior experience with Charles Maund Toyota for my prior vehicle. To be honest I wasn’t expecting to walk away in my dream car. Carlos didn’t lead me astray, he had the vehicle I wanted to look at ready for me when I got there and beat the other offers I had received. I enjoyed not having to haggle to get a deal and appreciated the transparency (it goes a long way). Carlos was honest and upfront through the whole process and the good service didn’t stop there. The whole finance process was one of the easiest and quickest experiences I’ve had as well. I had added in window tint for my new car when I signed the contract and while the tint wasn’t done properly, Carlos has offered to have it fixed twice and to ensure that it will be done properly. While it is a slight inconvenience, his willingness to work with me even after the sale means a ton! Most people would brush it off because the sale is done but Carlos has set up another time for me to have the issue addressed promptly. I have appreciated my entire experience with Charles Maund. While the tint is less than ideal, the fact that they are so willing to make it right speaks for itself. More
