poor service department Very bad service here yesterday for an oil change. Service guy recommended a realignment of tires because of wear ( car only has 15 thousand mile Very bad service here yesterday for an oil change. Service guy recommended a realignment of tires because of wear ( car only has 15 thousand miles ) and I did it. Only to check it myself after questioning it after I left. I did not notice any wear so took to another shop who confirmed that it was not needed!!! Also they did not vacuum out my car so I called and the lady who answered stated she did not know why they didn't and just to bring it back and they would. So I brought it back for these 2 reasons only to be told that I would have to wait at least an hour for them to vacuum because they are too busy.... ( which is part of oil change). Not to mention they did not do on the two prior oil changes either!! Also the service guy who recommended the alignment stated that there looked like there "Might" be a little feathering of the tire and that's why he recommended a re-alignment!!!! Also called to talk to a manager and received no call back. I realize things happen but what really bothers me with this company is no one has tried to correct the situation or make it right! The service department is terrible! I do not recommended anyone to buy from Vann York Honda for this reason alone. More

Mr. Saintsing had a great knowledge of the Honda Pilot and CRV. He did not try to sell us something we did not need or want. The decision was completely ours. The car we wanted to test drive was actually in the show room - they were willing to take it out for us not knowing whether we were serious about buying or not at that time. When it came time to talk numbers, this was just as easy. There was no hard ball or game playing. It was straight forward and honest. The overall buying experience was great! I have already referred several friends to Vann York. More

Purchased new 2016 Honda Accord My wife and I were greeted and handled very professionally. When we had a question, an answer was provided within a few minutes if not immediate. Our time was very limited due to having a babysitter for our toddlers. When we asked for details and numbers, we received them. They took the time to understand what we needed as opposed to just trying to sell us something we did not need. We did not feel like we were playing a game - it was "straight shooting". Our sales consultant was Kathy Fulton. I would recommend her to anyone. She was professional, polite, and HONEST, this was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was that the exact car we wanted was not on their lot, but they were able to get the car from another local dealer within 24 hours. We had a good and pleasant experience with Vann York and will repeat our business with them as well as refer family and friends. More
