If I could give them 0 stars I would. Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Brought our car in for a recall (car drove fine and no check engine light was on) they fixed the p Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Brought our car in for a recall (car drove fine and no check engine light was on) they fixed the parts that were recalled and as soon as we left with it the check engine light came on. Called them and they told us to bring it back that same day. Once we get back to the dealership they tell us to bring it back the next day. Brought it back the following day and they said it was an exhaust leak. They patched up the exhaust. Keep in mind the exhaust wasn’t causing problems until they took it off to get to the parts they were fixing for the recall. Car sounded better and the check engine light was off when we picked it back up, drove off and the check engine light came on again. Brought the car back again and Now they are trying to say it’s the converter. None of the problems existed until they replaced the recall parts. Once they touched the car there has been nothing but problems and they won’t do anything about it. One of the times we called while the car was here the lady that answered was rude and hung up on us. David the manager over the service center said he went out of his way to patch up the exhaust. It shouldn’t be going out of your way to make sure the car leaves in the same condition as it was when we brought it in the first day. There is absolutely no reason for someone to take a car for the recall parts to be replaced and then leave with nothing but issues. We have missed hours of work dealing with this the past few days and wasted a lot of gas going back and forth. Since it came in for a recall and they don’t make money off of that they are doing everything they can to try to get us to have to pay for something. At this point we would have been better off not even taking it to have the recalled parts replaced. If you have a recall or need service done do not go here. The GM Chris Thompson was absolutely no help either. More

Good people. Though it took 2 hours to get an oil change and a tire rotation. Did not have my oil filter in stock. Also learned that the online appointment syste Though it took 2 hours to get an oil change and a tire rotation. Did not have my oil filter in stock. Also learned that the online appointment system is not exclusive to just you. I had an 8 am appointment but found out me and 20 other people had an 8 am appointment. Not sure why they have this if it is not relevant. Anyone could have pulled up and had their service completed. I was never asked if I had an appointment. All in all, I just learned to drop off my vehicle and not wait. More
