My husband and Mr. Davis had prior phone contact about the model and car color that we knew we wanted. Mr. Davis arranged for a car fitting our description, arranged for it to be delivered to Vann York from another dealership and he had much of our paperwork ready when we arrived at the dealership. Mr. Davis was a highly professional and very enjoyable salesperson with whom to work. His priorities seemed to be that we buy the car that we wanted and that we have a good experience in the process. He easily met both of those goals. We bought our new Honda Fit two days ago and we have already recommended Mr. Davis and Vann York to a good friend. I also want to say kudos to the Business Dept. The financial part of the sales process also was excellent; we felt that our preferences were acknowledged and respected. We can’t tell you how much we appreciated this. Going through an opposite experience about 18 months ago (at another dealership in another town) nixed the deal in the final stage of buying a new car. We now have two Honda Fits (2009 and 2015) and will likely be Honda enthusiasts for a long time to come. More
