Cordial and efficient sales process. My wife and I had Raymond Hatch as our Sales Representative. He answered all questions with clarity and no pressure. We had received a notification from Honda Financial Services about incentives to go into a second 3-year lease with Vann York Honda. Mr. Hatch made sure we received the benefit of the incentives and provided a deal that my wife and I were both happy with. As senior citizens on Social Security, we have to be cost conscious and we received a deal comfortable for us. Mr. Hatch also went above the call of duty to explain the use of some of the technology features such as the rear-view camera and the Bluetooth phone setup. We have small children in our neighborhood and the rear-view camera will be very helpful to provide assurance that none are in harm's way. We are enjoying our new Honda Civic and look forward to benefiting from Honda's well-known long-term dependability. More

After arriving from not one, but two, car troubles my family and I started looking at the selection on the Honda lot. We met Moses almost immediately after we arrived. He engaged us into a one on one car shopping experience. We drove several vehicles, looked at anything we had questions about, and sat in a couple different models to feel what was comfortable to us.
