GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I went into Vann York Auto Mall hoping for a much better experience than I had with Burlington Honda. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted I went into Vann York Auto Mall hoping for a much better experience than I had with Burlington Honda. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jerry Willoughby (JW) who exceeded all my expectations. JW had wonderful people skills and was not pushy at all which is one of my biggest pet peeves. He listened to what I had to say and listened to my wants, not once did he question whether I could afford a new vehicle nor if I had ever financed a vehicle before, which is the first thing Burlington Honda asked me. Not only was JW very helpful and friendly, but everyone I passed had a smile on their face and greeted me. I was even more excited to buy my first car! I give this dealership excellent reviews because they were truly a blessing to me. They made my experience very good and I left with the biggest smile on my face. The staff are very helpful and the sales man listen to the clients and don't over step their boundaries. Great job JW and to all the staff at Vann York Honda! More

Only Positive! My first "new" car in 1992 was a Honda Accord. We purchased this car with help from Ray Moriarty. That car served me well for many years. Because of the declining health of Phil's Mom, we inherited her 1992 Honda Accord which Ray sold as well. Since her Honda had fewer miles, we opted to sell mine, which had an excellent resale value, and keep hers. When it came time for our daughter to get her license we chose to let her drive the "inherited" Accord and we bought a 2005 Civic. In January of 2012 we decided to sell the inherited Honda since it still had a good resale value. So our daughter started driving the Civic and I got to shop for a new Honda! I picked the 2012 Accord SE. I enjoy this car very much! We're at the point now that we want to sell the Civic after having it nearly 10 yrs, so we will pass the 2012 Accord to our daughter and I get to shop again! We like to do research before we buy a vehicle and after doing this we're back at Vann York Honda. I have to say we inquired of other Honda dealers to compare prices but had a feeling that we wouldn't beat the service that we knew from Vann York nor would we beat the the price. On our first visit to Vann York in 1992, we met and dealt with Ray Moriarty and while we were there, saw Mr. Corbett Davis but didn't work directly with him. Each time we've been to Vann York we've seen Mr. Davis working. So now, when we are ready to buy another Honda, we decided to go see Ray. We knew that Ray's focus now is internet sales but he continues to take care of us when we go. We asked especially for Mr. Davis to help with our new car choice. We knew from all our visits that Mr. Davis had worked at Vann York many years. Because of this, we expected that Mr. Davis would have a wealth of knowledge about the different models and various questions we had. Now, as an excited new car owner, I can say with confidence, that Mr. Davis was most helpful with this purchase. During our visit, I never felt pressured to come to a decision. His focus was clearly our satisfaction and he has a keen sense of when he might step away to allow for a private family conversation.He was most courteous the entire time. My husband and I had driven 2 vehicles to Vann York that day so we were not able to drive the new car home. But no problem!...after having the car cleaned and gas tanked filled, Mr. Davis delivered our car to our home! We are clearly a "Honda" family and the positive experience we had buying this 2014 Accord just reminds me of why we choose to go back to Vann York each time. After a detailed conversation, he came back with a quotation. My wife and I then visited the dealership to see and drive the CRV. Mr Saintsing was well prepared, very professional, and extremely thorough. He had us drive the car over a pre selected route that provided all sorts of driving conditions. He pointed out and reviewed in a clear and concise manner many of the car's features. He answered all of our questions in a friendly but efficient manner. No silliness. I think he quickly sized up our personalities and knew how to work with us in a pleasant, but business like way. While fairly detailed and lengthy, the paperwork portion of the transaction was well organized and took a minimum of time. The entire experience was positive, and we were especially impressed by Mr Saintsing's professionalism. More
