First, I was able to configure the vehicle (2014 Pilot) that we desired on the Honda site and print off that configuration and associated financing offer we were interested in. Walking into the dealership with that information smoothed the transaction for both us and the dealer. Second, the professionalism of Robert Saintsing in our initial phone conversation clearly laid out the process. Third, JW Willoughby's management of the negotiation and coordination of the accessories installation was exemplary. Finally, the actual paper signing with Finance was lightning fast. A great dealership and a outstanding salesperson I have just bought a CRV from Vann York Honda. This was a straight purchase as I was not selling a used vehicle. It went quick with no games and, I got the price I wanted. When I went to the dealership to pick a specific vehicle (We were hesitating between 2 colors and want to see them) and seal the deal, there was no surprises. Everything was exactly as quoted in the e-mails and, the salesperson, Jerry Willoughby, was very useful, processing us very rapidly. The business manager, Woody McDowell, was also very professional, answering my few questions. I wanted to have roof rails and cross bars installed and, therefore left them the vehicle overnight. When I came the next day to pick the car, everything was done right and, as Jerry could not be there, I met with Robert Saintsing, again a very positive experience. All in all, I am very happy with the vehicle I bought, the salesperson I worked with was excellent and I would warmly recommand him.In addition this dealership is a class act; when everything is done right, there is no games being played and everybody you work with are honest, opened and straight forward.it is not an accidient, it is a sign of a culture created by a good management.
