Vann York Honda

We visited 3 local Honda dealerships when we were looking for a new 2014 Honda Odyssey. Vann York was the last dealership that we visited. Before our visit, my wife called the dealership and talked to Robert for a new 2014 Honda Odyssey. Vann York was the last dealership that we visited. Before we even visited the dealership, she already felt more comfortable in talking to Robert than the sales personnel at the other local dealerships. All of the staff at Vann York are friendly - the friendly atmosphere at Vann York was more genuine. We didn't feel a pressure to buy like at the other dealerships. Robert was quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we had another contact person to talk to if he was planning to be out a particular day. He had the most knowledge about the Odyssey in relation to the other dealerships. He asked about our family and how we would be using the minivan. He highlighted the differences in the trim packages and accessories that would help meet those needs. The Vann York prices quoted prices were the lowest of the three dealerships and the accessories were also cheaper than the other accessories. Based on the price, customer experience and the genuine friendly atmosphere at Vann York, we gave a 5 rating. More

I first work with someone online that a sure me if it wasn't on the lot he could get it come on in. I did he did and Micheal Thomas was the sale dealer I deal with on the deal. I was not pushed to a certain car, he listened to my needs and wants. My overall buying experience with Vann York Honda was excellent. I bought the car I wanted at a fair price. Once I figured out the make, trim level, and color that I wanted, we found that my dream car was not in their current inventory. Not a problem. Vann York Honda found my desired car at another dealer and sent somebody to pick it up. I was driving my new car within two days. A very satisfactory experience. I will be buying another car from this dealer in the near future. More
