Kevin was an amazing salesman. My husband and I had pricing from the Danville dealership and Kevin couldn't get down to the price. He was very open and listened to us. We went to finalize the deal in Danville only to find that they added $3,000 additional to what they had initially priced the Pilot for. Needless to say we left very frustrated and wished we had purchased from Kevin. Kevin called me the next day to see if we had found our vehicle. I told him what happened and he began to work on the Pilot I wanted. He was very patient and made sure that I was informed of our total cost. He found my vehicle as quickly as he could and worked to finalize my paperwork. Words cannot describle how well we were treated and the level of commitment and service we received. More

The associate I worked with, Michael Thomas, was extremely helpful and quite knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Leon was a great salesman. Very friendly and he seemed to know what he was talking about. The only thing that I didn't like was the financing was agreed upon on the day I purchased the car. The following day I get a call saying I need to sign a membership form. I sign the form and then I am told that I need to sign a form about my finacing rate has gone up. I find this to be very shady and this may not have to do with Leon but it does have to do with the dealership. I have spoken to other people and they say it has to happen to them before at Vann York. Other than that I was pleased with the process. More
Dealership did not give the finance rate as quoted. Quoted 1.9 & charged 5.49 not only to myself, but to potential buyer, Marie Allison visiting dealership on 06/17/11. The finance manager, Marquis Mitchell used excessive measures to try to get me to purchase warranty. He asked me what would I do when the car breaks down? The labor alone at Vann York Honda was over $80 an hour. I sent complaint letter to Customer Relations Manager, Yvonne Strachan on 06/23/11. She only communicated with me over the phone several times promising me she would look into my complaint. On 07/13/11 after calling her for 3 days she finally called me back to state that she felt the transaction had been handled correctly. I do now have a case filed with American Honda. I would never deal with Vann York Auto Mall again. This is the 3rd Honda I have owned & based on outcome from American Honda it could be the last Honda I own. More

We started with an internet quote and were given a response within minutes. The next day, we were at the dealership test driving a car and signing papers. Every single step of the process was made easy by Ken Purdy. He even took the time to show set up many of the features of the NAVI and Bluetooth systems for the car. Beyond that, he made himself available to me at any time if I have questions. Also, Marquis Mitchell, the business manager, was equally helpful in answering all questions. He also helped us to set up a service and warranty plan that met our needs. Marquis was there with Ken to thank us today when we picked up our car, which again shows how they go above and beyond to personalize your experience at Vann York. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially because this experience is very different from other dealerships in the area. More
