Also learned that the online appointment system is not exclusive to just you. I had an 8 am appointment but found out me and 20 other people had an 8 am appointment. Not sure why they have this if it is not relevant. Anyone could have pulled up and had their service completed. I was never asked if I had an appointment. All in all, I just learned to drop off my vehicle and not wait. More
