We were originally planning on not getting a new car for another 8 or 12 months, but were so impressed with the service of the employees and willingness to negotiate by Vann York that we went ahead with the purchase and have been extremely satisfied. Cory was great to work with - he did a wonderful job explaining everything about the van and went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied. We got a great deal on our trade in and were very happy with the purchase price of our van. One of the most impressive things to us was that several hours after we signed the papers on the van we got a call from the finance department that they found another bank that was willing to give us the loan on the car for 1% less than what we signed for. So, we ended up getting an even better deal than the one we were already happy with. Again, our experience with Vann York was wonderful and we will definitely be back to see them for the purchase of our next vehicle as well! More

Very professional. I much preferred the suits and ties to the green/blue shirts at another Honda dealer. Also, Moses didn't have to ask his supervisor about every little thing before he could respond to to the green/blue shirts at another Honda dealer.
